Refund Policy

First party services are best aimed to get the visa approval. In an unlikely situation of visa rejection, the below refund would be provided.

100 % refund: Is provided if the visa filed is rejected due to in appropriate filing from first party

100 % non-refundable for the following reasons:

• If client does wish to continue with our services
• If client fails to submit the required documents within 90 days from the date of sign up.
• If client didn’t receive ITA
• Client failure to provide documents required within 60 days , then the first party has the right to put the case on temporary hold and inform the client, and client does not responds in 30 days after putting the case on temporary hold, then the first party has the right to close the case.
• If client’s medicals are not positive
• In the events that the immigration laws are revised any time after client signs this agreement & due to changes of law or immigration process is being paused or revoked, client becomes ineligible to apply.

To discuss any refunds applicant is allowed to visit office only with their own spouse, and in case of an unmarried applicant they may visit along with their parents only by appointment.
