Who Can Apply for a Zimbabwe Visa:

1. Indian nationals holding a valid Indian passport can apply for a Zimbabwe Visa.

2. Individuals traveling to Zimbabwe for purposes such as Tourism, Family or Friends Visit, or Business can apply for a visa through us. Please note that those seeking employment in Zimbabwe are not eligible to apply through Simplify Visas.

3. It is recommended that applicants carry Travel Insurance when traveling to Zimbabwe. Simplify Visas also offers Travel Insurance to passengers at an additional cost.

Required Documents:

Below is a list of mandatory documents required for all Visa categories. Additional documents required for specific visa categories are mentioned separately.

Mandatory Document List:

1. Color Photo: Ensure the photo adheres to specifications of 35 mm X 45 mm size, with 65% to 70% face coverage, both ears visible, and a white background.

2. Clear Colored Copies of the Front and Last full page of a Valid Indian passport with a minimum validity of six months.

3. Confirm Airline Ticket.

4. Previous Zimbabwean Visa (if applicable).

5. Last 03 months’ bank statement.

6. Applicant’s Mobile number.

7. Any of the following Current Address Proof:

   • Aadhar Card
   • Last one month Electricity Bill

8. Any of the following financial documents:

   • Valid US/Schengen Visa Copy
   • Last 03 years Income Tax Papers

For Business Visas: In addition to the mandatory documents, business travelers must provide:

1. Request letter from the Indian Company addressed to the Visa Officer, Zimbabwe Immigration, Zimbabwe.
2. Invitation letter from the Counterpart of Zimbabwe addressed to the visa officer, Zimbabwe.

Choosing the Right Visa:

Based on your travel needs, you can select from the following available options:

• 30 Days Business Visa: Valid for 03 months from the Date of issue, allowing a maximum stay of 30 days from the Date of entry in Zimbabwe, with a Single Entry.

Processing Time:

The normal processing time is 02-03 Zimbabwean Working Days, excluding Saturday, Sunday, and Zimbabwe Holidays. However, it may take more time if the application is pending with the Security Department.

Important Note:

The decision to grant or refuse a visa is solely at the discretion of the Government of Zimbabwe. Simplify Visas has no influence on this decision.

Zimbabwe Visa Fees:

• 30 Days Business Visa: Normal Price – INR 590 / Express Price – Not Applicable, Single Entry.

Additional Information:

• Saturdays and Sundays are considered non-working days for Zimbabwe.

• Work, Job, or Employment visas are not provided by Simplify Visas.
