How to Apply for a Visa to Estonia (Indian Citizens)
The process of applying for an Estonia visa involves both online and offline steps:
- Gather all the required documents based on your visa type.
- Visit or log on to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) of Estonia’s official Website and access the online visa application portal.
- Create an online account and complete the visa application form.
- After submitting the form, you will receive an application number and a completed form via Email. Print and sign this form.
- Book an appointment at one of the authorized Visa Application Centers (VACs) in India.
- Attend the appointment with all required documents, signed application forms, and visa fees. Submit your biometrics at the center.
Biometrics Exception:
If you have provided biometrics for a Schengen visa within the past 59 months (approximately 4 years and 11 months), you may be eligible to use VAC Dropbox services without attending in person.
Long-term Visas (D-type):
Applications for D-type visas must be submitted directly to the Estonian Embassy in New Delhi.
