Eligibility Criteria for Zambia Visa:
Indian citizens holding a valid Indian passport can apply for Zambia Visa online.
Those seeking travel to Zambia for purposes such as Tourism, Family or Friends Visit, or Business can utilize Visa Lounge for visa application. Please note that individuals aspiring to work in Zambia cannot apply through Visa Lounge.
It’s recommended that applicants carry Travel Insurance while visiting Zambia, and Visa Lounge offers Travel Insurance services at an additional cost.

Mandatory Document List:
Color Photo: Specifications include 35 mm X 45 mm size, with 65% to 70% face coverage, both ears visible, and a white background.
Clear Colored Copies of the Front and Last Full Page of a Valid Indian Passport with a minimum validity of six months.
Itinerary/Confirm Airline Ticket.
Previous Zambian Visa (if applicable).
Applicant’s Mobile Number and Email ID.
For Tourist Visas:
In addition to the mandatory documents, tourists must provide:
Hotel Confirmation Voucher.
A request letter from the Indian Company addressed to the Visa Officer, The Director of Immigration, Zambia.
Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate:
Travelers aged 1 year or older arriving from countries with a risk of yellow fever transmission or having transited for more than 12 hours through an airport of such countries must provide a yellow fever vaccination certificate.
Choosing the Right Visa:
Depending on your needs, you can select from the following available options:
- 30 Days Tourist Visa: Valid for 03 months from the date of issue, allowing a maximum stay of 30 days from the date of entry in Zambia. Available as Single, Double, or Multiple entry.
Processing Time:
The normal processing time is 05 Zambia Working Days, excluding Saturday, Sunday, and Zambia Holidays. However, additional time may be required if the application is pending with the Security Department.
Payment Options:
Applicants can conveniently pay Visa and other fees through Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, and IVR.
Important Note on Zambia e-Visa:
An e-Visa serves as an official document for entry into and travel within Zambia, offering an alternative to visas issued at Zambia missions and ports of entry. It can be downloaded from the provided link upon successful application completion and is also sent via email. Immigration Officers at ports of entry can verify your e-Visa on their system. It’s advisable to keep a copy either as a digital or hard copy.
Please note that Zambian officials at ports of entry reserve the right to deny entry to a holder of a Zambia e-Visa without explanation.
Zambia Visa Fees:
30 Days Business/ Tourist Visa (Single Entry): INR 2950 (Normal Price) / INR 4250 (Express Price).
30 Days Business/ Tourist Visa (Double Entry): INR 4250 (Normal Price).
30 Days Business/Tourist Visa (Multiple Entry): INR 7300 (Normal Price).
Kindly note that visa fees are to be paid at the port of entry (approximately USD 50.00).
Additional Information:
Zambia considers Saturday and Sunday as non-working days.
Work/Job/Employment visas are not provided through Visa Lounge.
